The main asset of ICIE is its permanent staff and a pool of consultants working for ICIE on a constractual basis. All of them are highly qualified computer specialists in system analysis and evaluation, design, software implementation, training, etc. There are 4 permanent employees (within this number - 3 Ph.Ds in computer/information science) and 18 cooperating people on a contractual basis (including 4 Ph.Ds).
We have conducted a number of large-scale database/information system projects (based on PCs, SUNs, HP; Micro CDS/ISIS, MINISIS, MS Access, Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server), in various countries; some of the projects were based on the Internet. As a result, we have acquired the skills on a co-operative way of producing high quality software products and related items such as documentations and training.
All ICIE specialists speak Polish, English and Russian; one of them is fluent in French.
The founders of ICIE are Prof. M. Muraszkiewicz and Prof. H. Rybinski.
